the building is beautiful and features an indoor courtyard. the courtyard serves as the breakfast room and remains open all day. it provides a space for sitting, reading, and socializing with other guests. complimentary water is readily available on the ground floor and at the pool.
i checked in after walking in the rain and wanted a warm shower to get ready for bed. halfway through my shower i realized there was no body foam left. i wasn't prepared to stop showering to call room service.

the staff were friendly and efficient and helped arrange transportation. guests received gifts during the three kings day celebration which i thought was special. the hotel offers complimentary tea daily from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

the breakfast included a buffet with diverse options. complimentary tea includes fresh juices pastries sandwiches yogurt coffee and tea. there are several excellent tapas restaurants located nearby on calle mateos gago.

the room was cleaned daily and the hotel was well maintained. the suite included three beds making it spacious for a family. rooms include comfortable beds for a restful sleep after exploring the city.

the location is close to everything one could want including restaurants and stores. the cathedral and alcazar are within a couple of blocks providing easy access. the hotel is near many major attractions within walking distance.

The location was indeed great. It was close to everything.
The room was not up to par (i had certain expectations). It felt quite small for two people. The toilet area felt cramped. There was barely any space for towels or toiletries. The provided soap was also tiny. I wish they paid more attention to these details.

the location of the place was convenient. it was very close to many interesting spots. the rooftop pool had a lovely view of the cathedral, i enjoyed that. the staff were great and helpful.
The premium rooms were a bit small, i thought. with lots of luggage it felt cramped. the bathroom was also quite small. Two people could barely move around in there. the ac and heat in the room did not seem to work very well.
